ELIGIBILITY:

• Applicants from elsewhere in the European Economic Area are eligible to apply.

• Be hired and engaged by a corporation whose administration and a major place of operation are located outside of the United Kingdom.
• Have substantial knowledge and expertise in a comparable field.
• Have complete ability to make decisions on behalf of the firm and have a top position inside it (but not as a large shareholder).
• Aim to open a recognized branch or a completely owned subsidiary in the UK as the company's initial commercial presence.
• If the firm has a legal corporate structure in the UK that does not hire workers or conduct business, you may be eligible.
• You can substitute a prior single representative if your firm has been seeking to create a UK branch or subsidiary but has not yet been established.
• Workers of a newspaper, news agency, or television station.
• If you're a worker of an international newspaper, news agency, or broadcasting organization, you can travel to the UK on a long-term assignment.
