Only 3000 claims are approved each year under this visa category, with no more than 100 claims for a specific occupation being regarded for consideration each year for Category A and no such limit for Category B.

This group has a total of 43 vocations, which are separated into two categories: category A and category B.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered for a position as a skilled migrant, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

Plan on relocating to any state other than Quebec.
Minimum requirements:
- CLB 5 - the ability to speak and hear.
- CLB 4 - the ability to read and write.
Before applying, you must have at least 2 years of full-time professional experience in the specified occupation in the previous 5 years.
Should execute all of the responsibilities listed in the National Occupational Classification for the specified employment (NOC).
• Have a full-time job opportunity for a minimum of one year or a state/territory body's certificate of competence in that specialized trade.
